Required Skills: - Proficiency inHindi and English (both verbal and written)is mandatory. - Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain calm and handle pressure in difficult situations. - Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset. Qualifications: - Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream. - Prior customer service experience (02 years) will be an added advantage. - Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
