Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential distribution network / clients, explaining our range of investment products, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales. They will also be managing existing distributor/ client relationships, providing training and support to distributors/ clients, and working closely with the sales management team to strategize and achieve sales targets. Sales Specialist is also responsible for conducting trainings, webinars, seminars for product knowledge and penetration.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in Training and providing partner/ client support
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
