We're looking for a Sales Associate who's eager to learn, experiment, and grow. You'll work closely with senior management and gain exposure across sales, client management, and market researchhelping identify and convert real business opportunities in the B2B chemical space. Key Responsibilities: - Research new markets, industries, and client segments for lead generation - Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and direct channels - Support sales team in preparing quotations, documentation, and data-driven meetings - Coordinate internally with production and logistics teams to drive deals to closure - Present key sales insights and competitor research to leadership regularly Who Should Apply: - Fresh graduates in Business, Commerce, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences - Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, BD, or client-facing roles - People with excellent communication skills who are highly curious, proactive, and eager to learn - Bonus if you've worked with B2B data tools, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM platforms Why NCI: - Get hands-on sales experience in a global B2B environment - Work directly with top leadership (IIM, Oxford, and MIT alumni) - Learn the end-to-end process of international sales and business development - Flat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and learning on the go - Be part of a legacy company that's scaling with a startup mindset Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Experience: 05 years Industry: Chemicals / Manufacturing / Pharmaceuticals Function: Sales, Business Development, Market Research
