Job Description

- Perform manual testing of networking products, solutions, and system integrations
- Develop and execute test cases based on system requirements and specifications
- Validate end-to-end network system functionality, including routing, switching, and protocol behavior
- Troubleshoot and isolate system issues, log defects, and assist in root cause analysis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, solution architects, and QA
- Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing of network solutions
- Document test results, test coverage, and provide feedback on test process improvements
- Simulate real-world network scenarios in lab environments to validate product readiness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and best practices

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Proven experience in manual testing within network systems or telecom environments
- Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching
- Experience working with network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Familiarity with Wireshark or other packet analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting (Python, Bash) is an advantage
- Experience with telecom or ISP networks is desirable
