This role is for one of Weekday s clients Min Experience 1 year Location Bengaluru JobType full-timeRequirementsAbout the roleJob Title Junior Commercial ExecutiveLocation BangaloreEmployment Type Full-TimeExperience Required 12 yearsRole Overview We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Executive to join our team This role primarily involves managing the daily invoicing of design jobs that have been completed and approved by our customers You will be responsible for accurately generating invoices via customer-specific portals and maintaining precise billing records Key Responsibilities Daily invoicing of completed and approved jobs through customer portals Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all billing information before submission Coordinating with internal teams especially design and operations for job status and updates Maintaining and updating billing trackers using MS Excel Generating basic reports related to job completion and invoicing Assisting the senior commercial finance team with documentation and compliance tasks as needed Requirements Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills verbal and written Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively Basic understanding of billing and invoicing processes is a plus
