Development team at Kyndryl where you will be able to see the immediate value of your work Application Services Technical Delivery Manager in Kyndryl is a person who has good experience in application design development and modernization Person will lead mentor the application development or modernization projects teams Using design documentation and functional programming specifications you will be responsible for implementing identified components You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented unit-tested and ready for integration into the final product You will have the opportunity to architect the solution test the code and deploy and build a CI CD pipeline for it As a valued member of our team you will provide work estimates for assigned development work and guide features functional objectives or technologies being built for interested parties Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products success and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation creativity and excellence Above all else you will have the freedom to drive innovation and take ownership of your work while honing your problem-solving collaboration and automation skills Together we can make a difference in the world of cloud-based managed services Leads delivery team and customer projects Offering capabilities development Manages a team as a manager and guides them roles and responsibilities Manages team engagement and assignments to projects Responsibilities The chosen candidate will play the following roles and take on the below responsibilities As Application Services Technical Manager - naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experience Overall 15 years of relevant IT experience with minimum 10 years of experience in area of Application Design Development Modernization Should have end to end working experience in application development across cloud native environments Good understanding and experience of cloud native application design principles like micro-services stateless application meant for cloud containers 12 factor app principles etc Familiarity with tools such as New Relic Splunk Must have executed large app modernization and cloud native architecting programs Stack Level - Java or NET C C - C C or Java Java JSP JEE API 12 Factor Application Design Spring Boot Spring Security Spring MVC Spring Integration Spring Data Package Manager - Maven Gradle Front End - React JavaScript Html CSS Database -
