We have an urgent Opening for Sales Development Representation Roles Responsibilities - Spearhead enterprise lead generation and build a strong qualified sales pipeline - Prospect qualify and engage high-value decision-makers via multi- channel outreach email calls LinkedIn events - Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of messaging and go-to-market strategy - Identify new business opportunities and support upsell cross-sell initiatives - Contribute to designing and improving the SDR process to enable scalable operations - Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline progress - Self-motivated street-smart and proactive in identifying opportunities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability - Hands-on experience in B2B corporate sales development preferably BFSI Fintech SaaS - Exposure to enterprise startup large account environments beyond SMB retail sales - Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level or senior decision-makers - Strong product understanding with the ability to participate in product-related discussions - Demonstrated success in generating or supporting high-value deal pipelines - Excellent communication articulation and executive presence - Exposure to consultative solution selling approaches - First preference immediate Joine ref updazz com
