The Sr Engineer will be responsible for monitoring all projects , coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met. Daily tasks will include designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing mentorship to team leaders of various field works . The Sr Engineer will also be responsible for suppporting the Business development team for the bidding process. Qualifications - Experience in designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues - Strong leadership and coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to mentor junior engineers - Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Experience in project management is a plus
