Job Title: Senior Civil EngineerAs a Senior Civil Engineer at HN Safal, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery. This role involves close coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure that all civil works meet approved designs, technical standards, and safety requirements. Candidates with prior real estate or large-scale construction experience will be preferred.Job DescriptionAbout the Role● Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.● Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and technical accuracy are maintained throughout execution.● Verify and check contractor bills, measurements, and quantities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BOQ and drawings.● Oversee material planning, consumption, and reconciliation to prevent wastage and ensure resource efficiency.● Review and ensure quality control at every stage of construction by adhering to QA/QC standards.● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting key milestones and potential delays.● Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards at the project site.● Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project management for progress review and issue resolution.● Assist in vendor evaluation, rate analysis, and technical approvals for materials and subcontractors.● Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site supervisors for execution excellence.About You● Minimum Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering● Minimum Experience: 8 – 12 years in real estate or large-scale construction projects● Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems● Skills: Strong knowledge of construction execution, quality control, material management, and site coordination● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati● Gender Preference: Open to both male and female candidates● Note: Applications will be considered only from candidates with prior experience in the real estate or construction industryWhy Join HN Safal?At HN Safal, you will:● Play a pivotal role in delivering premium residential and commercial real estate projects.● Work in a technically robust and quality-focused environment with exposure to large-scale developments.● Collaborate with industry-leading consultants, architects, and contractors.● Experience a performance-driven culture that promotes continuous learning and growth.
