What You'll Do And How You'll Have An Impact

- Manage the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely responses to vendor inquiries and accurate invoice entry, helping to maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare weekly payment batches; and process ad hoc payment requests to ensure seamless and on-time payments.
- Assist with vendor profile setups and provide Concur support for employees, including profile updates and expense inquiries, improving user experiences across teams.
- Run ad hoc reports to deliver actionable insights and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Conduct research to resolve inquiries related to payment statuses and vendor accounts, acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes in accounts payable, travel, and expense management, driving greater efficiency and compliance.
- Contribute to the overall success of the finance team by maintaining attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and supporting key financial initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related finance role, with a proven ability to manage financial processes accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting systems like NetSuite, BILL, Coupa, and Concur (or comparable platforms), as well as advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to research discrepancies, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with vendors, employees, and cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements for accounts payable and expense management.
- Collaborative attitude with a strong work ethic and a willingness to step in where needed to support the team and company objectives.
