Sr Specialist Quality Assurance This position is a hands-on Automation QA leader for our Network Surveillance Management technology that supports AT T s leading-edge networks and services such as network virtualization and 5G which require extensive surveillance and cross-domain correlation across multiple services Evaluate and introduce strategic technology to enable Service Assurance architectural goals and transformation goals This position requires technical leadership innovation and deep subject matter expertise in Network Service Assurance Will be responsible for software quality engineering and test automation for Service Assurance applications Required work includes collaborating with system engineers participating in scrum design create and execute test plan and test cases test automation performance testing Drive innovative solutions and automation in Quality Engineering domain Required Skills Strong hand-on experience in Software testing of back-end applications and test automation using Robot framework Working experience in Linux Unix shell scripting Experience in end-to-end test automation using Robot framework Hands on experience in performance testing using industry standard tools for backend applications Hands on experience in programing language like Java Python Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker Helm and Kubernetes Experience in Databases SQL NoSQL like CASSANDRA Postgres MySQL and Snowflake Knowledge of microservices Architecture and deployment Knowledge of real-time data streaming and messaging solutions like Kafka Experience with tools like Maven GIT Jenkins JFrog Knowledgeable of key networking technologies such as 5G Core RAN Transport IP Routing Ethernet and Access Wireline Networks Data collection approaches through adoption of industry standard methods and open-source capabilities and dashboards through Grafana Experience with the TICK stack Telegraf InfluxDB Chronograf and Kapacitor is a plus Experience with the ELK stack ElasticDB Logstash Kibana is a plus Knowledge of Azure cloud and hands on experience in deployment and troubleshooting of microservices into AKS Understanding of key protocols including HTTP SNMP DNS SSH Any prior experience in a telecommunications industry setting is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication Overall Experience 8 years in relevant technologies Open to work in overlapping with US work hours 1 30pm IST-10 30pm IST Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Regular Location IND KA Bengaluru Innovator Building Itpb Whitefield Rd - Adm Intl Tech Park Innovator Bldg It is the policy of AT T to provide equal employment opportunity EEO to all persons regardless of age color national origin citizenship status physical or mental disability race religion creed gender sex sexual orientation gender identity and or expression genetic information marital status status with regard to public assistance veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local law In addition AT T will provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities AT T is a fair chance employer and does not initiate a background check until an offer is made
