Senior Project Manager - Planning ExecutionLocation Mumbai India Company Della Luxury ProductsAbout the Role Della Luxury Products is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Planning Execution to oversee and manage multiple project sites The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning scheduling and monitoring project progress to ensure timely execution This role requires strong coordination analytical and leadership skills to align site activities with project goals and maintain efficiency across multiple locations Key Responsibilities Project Planning Scheduling Develop weekly and monthly bar charts for work schedules and completion timelines Create detailed project execution plans for multiple sites Ensure that resources manpower materials and equipment are allocated efficiently across projects Monitoring Execution Track daily progress across multiple sites and update work schedules accordingly Identify delays bottlenecks and risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality compliance Coordination Communication Liaise with site managers contractors vendors and internal teams for seamless execution Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project progress to senior management Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders to align on goals and project status Risk Management Problem-Solving Proactively identify and mitigate project risks Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize disruptions and delays Quality Compliance Ensure all work is completed as per design quality standards and safety regulations Maintain adherence to company policies and industry best practices Job Expectations Requirement Expertise in project scheduling tools like MS Project Primavera or equivalent Strong analytical skills to track and optimize project progress Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in luxury interiors high-end projects or premium product installations is a plus Minimum Qualification Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering Project Management or a related field Minimum Job Experience 8 years of experience in project planning execution and multi-site management Reporting to HODTravel Yes
