**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in both residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
