Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior, MP for a Senior Sales Executive at Rayzon Solar Limited. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and representing the company at industry events or meetings. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management - Strong negotiation skills, presentation skills, and ability to close deals effectively - Knowledge of solar technology and renewable energy solutions - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-driven approach - Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications in sales is a plus - Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
