lead a team of 20 professionals to execute and continuously improve the supplier audit and onboarding processes within a shared services model This role requires strategic oversight of operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals cost efficiency and service excellence You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide innovative strategies to enhance overall business performance This is a high-visibility role within the Client Services function interfacing with executive leadership and client stakeholders The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership operational expertise and the ability to drive continuous process improvement in a dynamic fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and develop a team of 20 professionals responsible for supplier audits and onboarding Assign tasks review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the team Operational Management Oversee the execution of supplier audit and onboarding activities ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards Develop and implement audit plans schedules and resource allocations to meet operational goals Manage daily operations addressing challenges optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth execution Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and client representatives Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness Develop and maintain accurate performance metrics reports and dashboards for senior management Risk Management Compliance Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and company policies across all operations Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier audits and onboarding Cost Control Monitor and manage operating costs to meet budgetary requirements while identifying cost-saving opportunities Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred Experience Minimum of 7 years in service delivery operations preferably within an outsourced or shared services environment At least 2 years managing a delivery service center in India ideally within the staffing industry Proven experience managing teams of 15 or more professionals Skills Strong knowledge of outsourcing processes staffing industry practices and best practices Proficiency in project management data analysis and performance tracking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholder relationships Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively Technical Proficiency Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel PowerPoint Word and BI tools Familiarity with automation tools and technologies is a strong plus Cultural Awareness Understanding of
