We are a **U.S.based export and manufacturing company** with operations across the **Middle East and South Asia**, focused on sourcing high-quality raw materials from farmers and fishermen for the U.S. market. To strengthen our supply chain, we are hiring a **Supplier Relations Coordinator** who is fluent in **Arabic, English, and Malayalam**, and comfortable working remotely.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Arabic-speaking farmers and fishermen to coordinate procurement of raw materials.
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and delivery terms in Arabic, under guidance from GM Operations.
- **Read and interpret Arabic figures, invoices, and supply documentation** accurately.
- Support logistics and scheduling of raw material delivery to the factory.
- Maintain digital records of supplier communications and transactions in English.
- Translate relevant information between Arabic, Malayalam, and English for internal use.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Arabic, English, and Malayalam** (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to **read Arabic financial figures and supplier invoices**.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier coordination (preferably seafood or agriculture).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-discipline and ability to manage remote work effectively.
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern sourcing culture is a strong advantage.
