Job Responsibility/ Specific Skill Set:
(1).Community Development: To ensure sustainable development of underprivileged /targeted communities of our CSR intervention area of the Unit, through implementation of need based CSR initiatives/programmes and henceforth maintain healthy & friendly relationship with all the stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the business.

(2) Liasioning & Networking: with Govt. Institutions, PR, Media Persons, Various other stakeholders, NGOs and social development agencies for getting optimum benefits by seeking their support in project implementation.

(3) Implementing development Programmes: Education, health & sanitation, Women Empowerment sustainable livelihood & Agriculture Development programme, Environment Conservation Programme, Social welfare and Infrastructures Development in the Villages.

(4) System Implementation: The System requirement of ISO,EMS,OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM system, creation of Safety System & cultures through the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standard. To ensure safety Culture & Zero Personal injury, timely near miss & So reporting. Statutory compliance & related reporting.

(5) Program Monitoring & Facilitation: Regularly monitor the program progress by collecting & analyzing data from various sources, Need base Report & Presentation preparation & facilitate on the Unit management feedback & Corporate Guidelines.

(6) Mandatory Skills:
1.Communication Skills (Verbal & Written ) English /Gujarati.

2.Project Management (Planning, Execution, Coordination)

3.Stakeholder Engagement (Building and Maintaining Relationships)

4.Analytical skills (Data Analysis, Impact Assessment )

5.Knowledge of CSR frameworks (ISO 260000, GRI, SDGs)

6.Problem-Solving and innovation ( Creative solutions for social/ environmental challenges)

7.Ethical judgment and Integrity (upholding corporate ethics and social responsibility)

8.Budget Management (resource allocation, financial oversight)

9.Teamwork and collaboration (cross-departmental Cooperation )

10.adaptability and Flexibility (responding to changing needs or Priorities )

(Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point for data analysis, reporting, and presentation creation.)

Master Of Social Work
