Location - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Execution: Drive and manage high-priority initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Function Alignment: Work closely with Leadership,Sales,Business Operations, Finance and HR teams

to ensure cross-functional alignment, track key deliverables, and remove execution bottlenecks.

- Sales & Data Insights: Own sales data reporting, performance dashboards, CRM hygiene, and business

analytics to support revenue visibility.

- Performance & Data Analysis: Drive decision-making using dataanalyze KPIs, financial metrics, and

team performance dashboards. Ability to do deep research using data & field insights

- CEO Office Operations: Run leadership cadences, track key decisions, manage follow-ups, and ensure

high-quality communication across stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with

minimal supervision

- Investor & Board Support: Prepare investor materials, track key metrics, manage due diligence data

rooms including MIS, and support fundraising efforts. Excellent on making investor decks & business

models

- Internal Operations: Manage leadership meeting cadences, review action trackers, and assist in

decision-making processes for the CEO.

- Problem Solving: Identify gaps across teams or systems and lead efforts to drive operational

improvements.

Key Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, operations, or a Chief of Staff role in a

fast-paced company.

- Strong command of data, analytics, and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience collaborating with or managing Sales, Finance and HR teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly result organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (IIT/NIT preferred); MBA is a plus.
