Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join as a Founders' Office. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder, help manage his daily tasks, and ensure smooth execution of key activities.

Your work will include coordinating across teams, following up on priorities, and supporting both day-to-day operations and special projects. This role is ideal for someone with generalist experience, who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founder to drive strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.

- Take status updates and align deliverables across product, tech, ops, and marketing teams.

- Run cross-functional reviews, track OKRs, and follow up on key projects.

- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentations for internal and external meetings.

- Act as a problem-solverown and execute operational challenges independently.

Ideal Candidate

- 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm or a high-growth startup in a founders office or strategy role.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude; thrives in fast-paced environments.

- Highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
