We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Non-Voice/Chat Process team in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers through chat to provide assistance and support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using computers and chat software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Customer service orientation and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
