Job Title : API Backend Engineer Location: Pune Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode ( WFO/Remote/Hybrid) : Hybrid Mode of Interview: F2F Job Type : FTE Notice Period:- Immediate joiners Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Build and enhance RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. - Implement best practices for API security, performance, and reliability. - Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries. - Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.) for asynchronous communication. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing backend components. - Stay updated with new backend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: - Programming Language: Java (Core Java, Java 8+ preferred) - Framework: Spring Boot / Spring Framework - API Development: RESTful API design and implementation - Database: Strong SQL skills; experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
