India is a major operational hub, with as its U.S. headquarters.Job Title : API Backend EngineerLocation: PuneExperience: 8+ YearsWork Mode ( WFO/Remote/Hybrid) : HybridMode of Interview: F2FJob Type : FTENotice Period:- Immediate joinersKey Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.- Build and enhance RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.- Implement best practices for API security, performance, and reliability.- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.- Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.) for asynchronous communication.- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing backend components.- Stay updated with new backend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.Mandatory Skills:- Programming Language: Java (Core Java, Java 8+ preferred)- Framework: Spring Boot / Spring Framework- API Development: RESTful API design and implementation- Database: Strong SQL skills; experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
