Some of our clients include Ketch, Darwinbox, Petpooja, Sprinto, Webengage, Zluri & GoKwik. We help High-Growth B2B SaaS Companies with Strategic Marketing. We have 2 offerings: - Ads (Performance Marketing) - SEO You will primarily be helping us with writing copy for performance marketing for our clients. We are looking for a copywriter obsessed with personal growth We expect you to understand the following: - The B2B SaaS landscape - B2B Ads copywriting - Google Workspace - Ad types and formats Additional soft skills we hope you have: - The ability to be proactive. To show us what you're made of, take initiative. - The ability to follow processes and suggest enhancements where possible. - The ability to take trivial decisions regarding messaging strategy and copy creation. - The ability to actively participate in client facing roles. If you know these things, it's a bonus for us: - Basic B2B ads terminology (SQLs, Impressions, CTR, CPC, etc.) - Slack - Clickup You will report to the Head of Copy. Responsibilities Your regular work will include: - Client research, messaging related research - Ad copy creation (Search & Social) - Landing page copy creation - Email workflow copy creation - Copy creation for our internal marketing initiatives - Coordinating with ad designers & media buyers - Communicating with clients over Slack, sharing updates and resolving queries - From time to time you will also need to participate in catchup calls, training sessions, brainstorming sessions, growth-oriented activities, etc. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree. - 1+ years of experience in the B2B software industry - Experience writing Google and LinkedIn ads copy - US English Culture - Growth mindset: Strive to always get better (We have processes in place that will help you do this in a planned manner with clear milestones). - Partnership: This is an organisation that we are building together rather than anyone working for it. - Goal-Driven: Some of our personal goals are aligned with Spear Growth's goals. Other Information: - Work timings: The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved. - There may be a few instances where you are required to work later in the day or over the weekend. We’ve had to work weekends about once every month. - You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then. - You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the entire team.
