foresight and execution abilities to drive enterprise-wide initiatives You will play a critical role in enhancing enterprise capabilities enabling cross-divisional data synergy and developing shared ensuring robust governance and alignment with organizational objectives Lead the day-to-day management of high-profile projects including strategic requirements gathering success metrics monitoring risk issue management and stakeholder communications Navigate and influence complex stakeholder relationships resolving conflicts with strategic diplomacy and finesse Innovate and implement business strategies techniques and tools to identify and overcome barriers to success Provide strategic leadership and guidance across a global organization fostering collaboration and alignment Make independent strategic decisions with minimal oversight demonstrating foresight and initiative Proactively seek document and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback to refine and enhance project plans Customize and adapt plans to best serve project needs with a focus on sensitive projects or data We re Looking For A distinguished leader with a proven track record of executing large-scale to enterprise-wide collaboration and the ability to lead initiatives that deliver substantial impactful results for both Market Intelligence and the broader organization Basic Qualifications 15 years of project program management experience with a focus on strategic enterprise-wide initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional project teams using advanced tools charter project plan RAID RACI process flow diagrams communication plan Standard Operating Procedures change management plan requirements assessment control plan etc Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels and functions Proactive strategic thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic fluid working environment Superior written and verbal English communication skills Ability to independently set strategic priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification and advanced project management coursework Expertise in strategic use of Smartsheets Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in Visio and advanced Excel functions Proven track record of executing large-scale transformative programs from discovery to execution Strong attention to detail innovative thinking and strategic problem-solving skills Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization
