of project program management experience with a focus on strategic enterprise-wide initiatives Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional project teams using advanced tools charter project plan RAID RACI process flow diagrams communication plan Standard Operating Procedures change management plan requirements assessment control plan etc Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels and functions Proactive strategic thinker capable of thriving in a dynamic fluid working environment Superior written and verbal English communication skills Ability to independently set strategic priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification and advanced project management
