About the Role:

We are looking for an IBM BPM expert who can lead workflow implementations, mentor teams, and drive multiple projects to success. If you have a passion for solving complex business process challenges and working on enterprise-scale solutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and shape the IBM BPM & Workflow technology landscape.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions while adhering to standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve blockers, and manage risks.
- Mentor and groom team members for high-quality technical deliveries.
- Lead design and development of IBM BPM workflow projects.
- Manage multiple project deliveries simultaneously.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams for solution design and validation.
- Manage stakeholders and vendor relationships effectively.

Required Skills:

- IBM BPM Development – Expert level, including managing deliveries.
- Hands-on experience with IBM BPM 8.5.6 and IBM BPM BAW (must-have).
- Strong knowledge in business process translation, validation, and optimization.
- Experience in designing, approving, implementing, and closing workflow projects.
- Cloud, Web Services, APIs, and Integrations experience (advantage).
- Knowledge of other BPM tools (advantage).
- Understanding of customer communication technologies and best practices.
