Location : Hyderabad, India

Experience : 5 10 years (minimum 3 years in BPM with OpenText AppWorks)

Professional & Technical Skills :

- 510 years of experience working with OpenText AppWorks.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) using OpenText AppWorks.

Strong development experience in :

- OpenText BPM

- XForms

- OpenText Java

- Integrations with third-party systems.

- Solid understanding of process modeling, workflow optimization, and business process automation.

- Hands-on experience developing scalable, robust, and high-performance applications on the OpenText platform.

- Ability to design, build, test, and deploy BPM solutions that align with business requirements.

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production and development environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end BPM solutions using OpenText AppWorks.

- Model, optimize, and automate business processes for improved efficiency and performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

designs.

- Integrate BPM solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security.

- Provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications.

- Document design specifications, technical manuals, and process workflows.

Additional Information :

- This is a full-time position based at our Hyderabad office.

- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in BPM using OpenText AppWorks.
