Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of fintech products and services. Key Responsibilities - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients. - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations. - Support product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. - Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making. - Assist in creating wireframes, user stories, workflows, and process maps. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and risk management standards. - Coordinate with clients to understand fintech product requirements such as payments, lending, digital banking, or wealth management solutions. - Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support quality assurance activities. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). - Strong understanding of fintech domains such as payments, digital banking, lending, wealth management, or blockchain. - Proficiency in business analysis tools - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI DSS, etc.) is an advantage.
