Job Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (manufacturing, sales, service, supply chain, finance, HR, etc.) to gather and document requirements for ERP and CRM systems. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Use Cases. Translate business needs into clear system requirements for the technical/development teams. Work with project managers, solution architects, and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Define workflows, reporting needs, and integration points with other systems. Assist in vendor evaluation (if required) and provide insights during solution design. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP, CRM, or enterprise software projects. Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation. Familiarity with ERP and CRM modules like Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Support, etc. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and deliver quality documentation on time. Experience in the manufacturing sector (preferably automotive/electric vehicles) is a strong plus.
