Job Purpose To facilitate Prepaid Sales & Distribution MRD team with deep understanding of complete customer acquisition systems from front end to back end. The individual to be tech savvy and able to do critical thinking/analysis to automate multiple sales processes that facilitates Retailer and Sales Team. This role is also required to collaborate closely across functions within Corporate and Circle (CS, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, IT, Technology, Digital, Regulatory & Legal, CPC/IN and Network) to ensure sales operates seamlessly. Constant connect with circle S&D team to get the required inputs and have timely review mechanism on multiple process flow to improvise as per industry norms and to be completive in the market. Ket Accountabilities - Ideate and design process across multiple work flows that are involved in Prepaid Sales process in building and integrating within smart connect retailer app that revolves around 5 design principles - Transactions, Reports, Digital Engagement, Support & miscellaneous - Leverage data driven insights and creating analytical dashboard to drive required KPIs - Create communication plan on any New feature/product launch to reach across circle Internal team (SH/ZSM/ASM/TSX) and external users (Distributor/DSE/Retailer/Subagent) - To Identify critical dependencies of multiple Internal and external system - Demand support - Provide clear understanding of business needs to initiate BRS, see through the given FRS to understand if it meets the requirements & modify as and where required. - To Work with Marketing and CPC team for required OTF related changes/ new configurations pertaining to specific circles/ Pan India - To have complete Business understanding related to Etopup flow between Company to Distributor /DSE and to Retailer - Explore and build necessary features in Etopup to facilitate business requirement - Work closely with Corporate MRD/Circle team stakeholders to implement all transformation projects. - Coordinate with Internal UAT team for required validation on new launches and post launch validation from circles. - Study and analyse cross industry best practices to identify critical processes that drives sales as a customer centric function. Core competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Excellent understanding of front-line sales process, with experience in Circle sales function - Hands-on experience and knowledge of the Etopup, CPOS, Smart connect System with an exceptional understanding of how systems are designed and operated in the market. - Explore the latest technology changes that is getting developed in digital industry to facilitate within telecom industry for Sales organisation - Aptitude to assimilate knowledge of IT systems - Excellent analytical & Project management skills - Good planning and prioritizing skills - Good Inter-personnel and influencing skills. Relationship-building skills - Self-driven and high on initiative - Exposure in Distribution echo system with relevant technical flow with 10 years of Sales / FMCG experience and relevant experience in business transformation Key Performance Indicators - Plan, prioritize and ensure the timely project execution of features in smart connect within defined TAT. - Required OTF related calculation and collaboration with CPC/RA team in necessary configuration and validation on the changes implemented, that is required to be tested during early morning hours before the changes is made live to market during business hours - Track adoption of features and influence business benefits on the changes implementation of transformation ideas, including the system capabilities - Providing resolution to the problems faced by circle team on any set process to minimize business impact Vodafone Idea Limited(formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
