Urgent Search Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving TeachKloud’s market penetration by identifying potential leads, engaging with preschool owners and operators, conducting product demos, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. This role requires extensive on-ground presence to build relationships, develop a reselling network, gather customer feedback, and provide insights for product development.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Market Outreach

• Actively identify and connect with preschool owners, operators, and franchise leaders to generate leads

• Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and networking activities to build a strong pipeline of potential customers

• Utilize industry events, local education expos, and referral networks to maximize outreach in the territory

Sales Engagement and Conversion

• Conduct in-depth product demos, highlighting TeachKloud’s premium offerings and differentiation from competitors

• Address customer objections, customize pitches, and present pricing structures aligned with client needs

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals while ensuring long-term partnership opportunities

Reseller Network Development

• Identify regional resellers and distributors to expand TeachKloud’s footprint in Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets for onboarding

• Train and support reseller partners on product features, sales pitches, and pricing strategies

• Monitor and optimize reseller performance, ensuring alignment with TeachKloud’s sales objectives

Relationship Management

• Gather feedback from preschool owners and operators on feature usability, challenges, and additional requirements

• Communicate customer pain points and suggestions to the strategic account manager and product development team for continuous improvement

• Support product pilots by working closely with customers to validate new feature rollouts and assess market adoption

Sales Reporting

• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to strategic account manager for strategic planning

• Identify opportunities to optimize sales strategy based on market response and competition analysis

Qualifications and Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the edtech, SaaS, or early childcare and education services
- Prior experience in field sales, conducting demos, and working closely with education institutions
- Familiarity with reseller/distribution models and ability to build strong local sales networks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for on-ground sales activities
