Job Description

Role: Business Development Associate

Compensation: Good base + Commissions

Location: India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients, industries, and decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and convert new business clients.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Track and analyze lead generation efforts, providing regular reports on progress.

Requirements:

- At least 2-4 years in business development or lead generation
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, and prospecting
- Recruitment or HR industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Solid communication, pitching, and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred
