We are looking for a Process Associate to handle customer calls for a US-based process The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently This is a voice-based process requiring candidates to work in US shift timings Key Responsibilities Attend inbound outbound customer calls from US clients Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills in English Willingness to work during US shift timings Night Shift - IST Minimum qualification 12th pass Any graduate Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities Prior BPO or voice process experience is a plus Shift Timings Fully aligned with US shifts Night shifts in India Salary Upto 33000 per month Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
