CTC: Up to 50,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Marketing Manager who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/solutions, identifying customer needs, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and driving business growth in line with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in government, telecom, and enterprise sectors
- Promote IT/Telecom products and solutions through technical presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and RFP responses
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions as per customer requirements
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ensure timely closure of deals
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events for business promotion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus)
- 25 years of experience in techno-commercial roles in IT/Telecom/System Integration industry
- Strong understanding of networking, telecom systems, data center solutions, or surveillance systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in tendering process (especially government/e-governance projects) is preferred

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
