Job Description We are looking for people with B2B Partnership experience to strengthen Crack-ED's candidate sourcing pipeline through strong institutional and vendor relationships. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the education, skilling, and training ecosystem and have hands-on experience working with academic or recruitment partners. Key Responsibilities: B2B & Institutional Partnerships Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with vendors, sourcing partners, training agencies, and recruitment channels. Lead end-to-end vendor management including onboarding, performance tracking, compliance, and accountability. Collaborate with colleges, universities, coaching centres, and training institutes to source high-quality candidates. Drive strategic alliances to strengthen and scale our talent supply ecosystem. Institutional Outreach & Representation Represent Crack-ED during institutional meetings, seminars, job fairs, and partnership events. Act as the key spokesperson for collaboration activities, ensuring strong visibility and trust among partners. Admission & Counselling Support Counsel prospective candidates sourced through partners about relevant programs, eligibility, and career pathways. Guide students through the application, evaluation, and enrollment process to ensure seamless admissions. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversion metrics, and partner performance. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, training, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of B2B initiatives. Develop sourcing strategies to meet monthly/quarterly admission and pipeline targets. Who We're Looking For * Experience in the education, training, or staffing industry preferably with NIIT, Manipal, or similar organizations. Strong communication, relationship management, and partnership-building skills. Ability to handle institutional-level discussions with confidence and professionalism. Target-driven, organized, and proactive in managing multiple stakeholders.
