Job Title: BDE/Vendor Management Executive - FemaleLocation: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Vendor Management Executive to join our team. This role involves proactive outreach, building strong vendor relationships, and generating new business opportunities in the US staffing market. If you’re confident, persuasive, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities - Identify, connect, and onboard new vendors through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools. - Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to generate continuous job requirements. - Engage in business development activities, including outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand job needs and ensure consistent requirement flow. - Manage vendor databases and track all interactions using internal systems and CRM tools. - Perform market research to identify potential clients/vendors and expand the business pipeline. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak in a clear and neutral/US accent. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Ability to perform effective outreach through calls, emails, and digital tools. - Quick learner with strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Proactive approach with a strong desire to grow in the US staffing industry. - Freshers with great communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
