JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive

LOCATION: Noida, India

ROLE PURPOSE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will focus on refining marketing messaging, supporting digital marketing activities, and coordinating campaigns across multiple platforms. The role requires close collaboration with various marketing teams, including digital marketing, content, design, SEO, email, and research to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of marketing principles, and a keen eye for audience-driven messaging. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to develop expertise in marketing, campaign coordination, and digital strategy.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Refine and optimize marketing messaging across ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media etc.
- Conduct audience research to ensure messaging aligns with student motivations and decision-making behavior.
- Work with internal marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the email marketing team to refine messaging and improve engagement.
- Assist in social media and SEO content strategy by ensuring messaging is relevant and engaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPA, and web accessibility standards in all marketing materials.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to refine and optimize marketing messages.
- Understanding of audience targeting, consumer psychology, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies
- Analytical mindset – can interpret campaign performance data and apply insights.
- Highly motivated – a proactive learner & ability to analyze and refine messaging to effectively target the right audience.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, or email marketing tools is a plus.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, web CMS, or publishing platforms.
- Understanding of the Higher Education (HE) sector.
