Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Executive to independently drive Synergie's brand visibility, digital presence, and event marketing. This role requires someone who can take ownership, execute strategies efficiently, and bring fresh ideas to position Synergie as the go-to partner for corporate CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase Synergie's online presence and corporate engagement.
  • Manage and grow social media channels by creating compelling content, running campaigns, and tracking performance.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to boost website traffic and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting corporates and CSR stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage CSR networking events, impact storytelling campaigns, and thought leadership webinars.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials (graphics, videos, and written content) to showcase Synergie's work.
  • Monitor CSR industry trends and position Synergie as a thought leader in the space.
  • Analyze marketing data, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event marketing.
  • Strong skills in content creation (graphics, videos, and copywriting) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in social media growth strategies and engagement tactics.
  • Ability to independently plan and execute events, webinars, and corporate outreach initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Prior experience in CSR/ sustainability is a plus.
