Front Desk Administration: Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Handle appointments, customer registrations, and basic administrative tasks. Support store staff with day-to-day operational needs. Professional Conduct: Be humble, approachable, and quick to respond to customer needs. Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help at all times. Uphold the store’s image by maintaining professional behavior and appearance. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact politely and supportively with customers of all types. Basic knowledge of different kinds of jewellery is preferred. Quick learner, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
