Job Description of Solution Architect Solution Architects in Prospecta design & drive the business outcomes of the Prospecta MDO Solutions. These architects ensure that the solutions are based on the industry best practices and feedback from our customers. MDO Solutions are diverse and multi-Domain, which means that the architects will work across domains and industries (business process & master data) to deliver value-added solutions for our customers In this role, you will work with clients and the Prospecta Product Management teams to design, implement & support solutions that use MDO to improve data quality and data governance. You will use your strong problem-solving skills to understand and design data management Key Responsibilities - Ownership of designing new MDO Solutions for Industry and Systems by closely working with the Product Teams and Centre of Excellence (COE India) to develop these solutions. - Part of sales-engagement process and working closely with pre-sales for Bids/RFP’s and any demos and proof of concepts. - Be part of the customer lifecycle and be involved from a solution perspective - Expand the MDO solutions into other areas for customers by providing guidance and services around the solution approach. - Should be able to demonstrate knowledge in architecture and integration-related meetings. - Understand customers’ current business processes, pain points around Data Quality, Data Management & Data Governance. Design the future state of these processes to add value and eliminate pain points using MDO’s fullest capabilities to meet customer needs. - Use your solution skills to get into detailed-level architectural discussions with counterparts in the customer teams. - Leads workshops, both in pre-sales and delivery engagements, ensuring the solution delivered is as per the customer expectations. - It is an expectation to be working with multiple customers globally through various phases of the solution simultaneously. - Contribute towards enhancing product features by working with the product R&D team and translating to them the desired product features. - Mentoring & nurturing other COE Consultants / Sr Consultants on & off projects Must-Have Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s/Engineering in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics; MBA preferred. - Experience: 6–8 years overall, incl. 2+ years as Solution Architect; SAP exposure preferred. - ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems. - MDM Knowledge: Good knowledge of Master Data Management procedures/practices. - Product Expertise: Must have worked in product-based organizations. - Solution Architecture: Proven experience as Solution Architect in enterprise products across domains; MDM experience is a plus. - Workshops & Client Engagements: Skilled in running workshops, mapping business challenges to products, documenting findings, and clarifying business processes. - Leadership: Ability to work independently, lead engagements, and motivate teams to deliver on time with quality. - Customer Focus: Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and customer satisfaction orientation. - Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement. - Database Skills: Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server. - Tools: Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams. - Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication, influencing, and presentation skills. - Analytical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong reasoning, interpersonal skills, and proven customer-handling ability. - Attention to Detail: High quality assurance and client focus. - Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously. - Global Collaboration: Flexible to work across time zones for global projects. - Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task prioritization. - Team Orientation: Collaborative mindset, self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments. - Results-Driven: Proven track record in driving results with enthusiasm and commitment.
