Job Description About the role- We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Psychometric Assessment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in organizational psychology and experience in designing, developing, and validating psychometric assessments. You will play a key role in creating scientifically sound and engaging tools that help individuals and organizations make data-driven talent decisions. Key Responsibilities- Design & Development: - Create and refine competency frameworks aligned with client and organizational needs. - Develop personality, cognitive, and competency-based assessments that are both valid and reliable. - Validation & Quality Assurance: - Conduct psychometric validation studies to ensure reliability, validity, and fairness of assessments. - Regularly review and update assessments to maintain scientific rigor. Customization & Client Engagement: - Understand client requirements and tailor assessments and reports to meet their specific objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, data) to deliver seamless assessment experiences. Reporting & Insights: - Create insightful assessment reports that clearly communicate results and recommendations. - Ensure reports are user-friendly and aligned with client branding and goals. Research & Innovation: - Stay updated with the latest developments in psychometrics, assessment methodologies, and workplace psychology trends. - Propose and implement new ideas to enhance the assessment library and improve candidate experience. Additional Key Responsibilities- Client Support & Consultation: - Partner with the Customer Success team to draft responses to client queries related to assessments, scoring, or reports. - Provide technical and psychometric expertise during client discussions or issue resolution. Pre-Sales & Business Development Support: - Collaborate with the Sales team to present assessment solutions to prospective clients. - Assist in customizing demo assessments or reports to showcase the organization's capabilities. - Support proposal writing, RFP responses, and technical documentation related to assessment solutions. Training & Enablement: - Conduct training sessions for internal teams (Sales, CS, Product) to help them better understand assessment tools and frameworks. - Create knowledge resources (FAQs, guides, sample reports) to streamline client communications. Continuous Improvement: - Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to enhance assessments and reporting processes. - Collaborate with the product/design team to improve user experience and delivery. Qualifications and Experience- - Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field. - 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and validating psychometric assessments. - Strong knowledge of psychometric principles (validity, reliability, standardization, norming). - Experience in competency mapping and framework creation. - Proficiency in statistical tools for psychometric analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus. Key Skills- - Excellent analytical and research skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to translate complex psychometric data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. - Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
