🌟 Hiring Business Analyst 📍 Ahmedabad Vastrapur 🕒 Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (On site) We are seeking a Business Analyst/Business Operations Associate who will play a key role in evaluating professionals, improving operational workflows, and maintaining global quality standards across our marketplace. The ideal candidate has a background in business analysis, process optimization, or operations management, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will analyze seller profiles, review creative portfolios, and help streamline business processes that support marketplace integrity and growth. Key Responsibilities - Review and evaluate professional applications for our digital marketplace program. - Assess profile quality, communication clarity, service professionalism, and consistency. - Moderate introductory videos and portfolio materials to ensure brand alignment. - Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process documentation and optimization. - Generate and maintain performance reports, quality metrics, and audit trails. - Collaborate cross-functionally with evaluation, data, and operations teams. - Support internal improvement projects, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure adherence to compliance standards. - Participate in business analysis, quality monitoring, and reporting initiatives. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. - 2–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, or Process Management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Proficiency in Excel, Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar tools. - Exposure to Agile and SDLC methodologies preferred. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain quality, and meet strict deadlines. - Experience working in marketplace or global client operations is an advantage.
