Job Role STP and WTP OperatorWe Integra Facility Management Company a fast growing an ISO 41001 2018 ISO45001 2018 certified technology driven integrated facility management IFM company looking for a young dynamic result-oriented professional for Assistant Facility Manager role We are working with 100 premium clients across Bangalore Hyderabad Coimbatore Chennai Founded by professionals with diverse skills we work towards creating a safe secure clean-living environment Location Perumbakkam Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor sewage treatment equipment water treatment equipment including pumps aerators chemical feeders filters and sludge digesters Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance Collect and analyze wastewater samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Adjust treatment processes based on test results and operational needs Adjust treatment processes based on water quality data and operational needs Maintain accurate records of plant operations including logs reports and compliance documentation Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues coordinating with maintenance staff as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in emergency response activities and on-call rotations as required Assist in the development and implementation of plant improvement projects Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in STP and WTP operations Knowledge of sewage treatment processes WTP Process equipment and regulatory requirements Ability to analyze wastewater data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
