We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operations & maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Demineralization (DM) Plant, and Valve systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, people management, and a focus on compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations & maintenance of STP, ETP, WTP, DM plants, and valve networks.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental norms, pollution control board guidelines, and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of engineers, operators, and technicians – assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
  • Track plant KPIs (flow, quality, energy consumption, chemical usage, downtime) and drive process improvements.
  • Manage chemical stock, spare parts, and consumables; coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
  • Maintain documentation, statutory records, and prepare MIS reports for management and regulatory submissions.
  • Recommend process upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and cost-reduction measures.
  • Act as the key point of contact for vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting ability.
