OMS Group was founded in 1965 by the ingenious entrepreneur V A Mohammed Kunju The Group is now being led by Ahamed Ansari K M and Ahamed Iqbal K M who are wholetime Directors of the group It is a professionally managed family owned venture with over 60 years experience in the Building Material industry In addition to its manufacturing process the OMS Group has entrusted Oriental Metals as the authorized distributor of Oralium Limited in India reinforcing its presence and reach in the region As we scale up this product line we are building a passionate and performance-driven team Join us in shaping the future of high-performance aluminium systems in India The Business Development Executive for Roofing Sheets will be responsible for driving sales growth managing client relationships and overseeing project execution within the roofing sheet segment This role requires a deep understanding of roofing materials market trends and customer needs along with strong project management and sales skills Key Responsibilities of the position Retail Sales Develop and maintain relationships with dealers retailers and fabricators Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at retail outlets Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition pricing and customer feedback Assist dealers in promotional activities and marketing support Project Sales Identify and approach builders architects contractors and project developers Generate and follow up on project leads Prepare and present quotations negotiate prices and close sales Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and product demonstrations Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the region Other Responsibilities Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials Provide customer support and handle post-sales service issues Stay updated with industry trends product knowledge and market developments Ideal Candidate Experience Range 3-5 years in Business development sales preferably in building materials roofing sheets aluminium products or construction-related industries Good communication skills in English and the local language Gujarati Market Experience Expertise in Domestic market Perks Benefits Attractive Incentives Travel Allowance Growth Opportunities in a rapidly expanding business vertical Training Skill Development Programs Locations Surat Gujarat Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
