We re a versatile Talent Acquisition team that thrives on solving diverse hiring needs driving organizational growth by bringing the right people on board at the right time Role Overview - As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive you will play a key role in building teams that fuel our organization s success This role goes beyond recruitment you will partner closely with stakeholders to understand both technical and non-technical requirements source top talent and ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process You will also contribute to process improvements and help shape a strong candidate experience while keeping business context in mind to make smarter hiring decisions Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both Technology and Non-Technology positions with a primary focus on non-engineering roles Marketing Product Strategy Business Operations Supply Analytics HR Finance Legal e t c Source top talent using LinkedIn job boards social media referrals and other platforms Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements team needs and broader business context Screen candidates for technical skills business acumen and cultural fit Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Contribute to improving recruitment processes tools and metrics Stay updated on industry trends market insights and innovative sourcing strategies Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably across Non-Tech roles Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms Ability to understand business fundamentals and align hiring to organizational goals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Benefits At Lokal we act like owners who take initiative beyond job descriptions get things done despite obstacles and maintain a growth mindset focused on learning We re outcome-driven with bias for action believing speed matters in building products for billion Indians Decision-making involves open debate followed by full commitment and we operate on context rather than control -
