Job Title:Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe’re looking for an experienced professional to focus on sourcing and engaging top U.S.-based talent for our clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining exceptional candidates who meet our client's requirements.About the Role:Source high-quality U.S.-based candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.Conduct initial candidate calls to assess fit, interest, and availability, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), guaranteeing data-driven decision-making.Develop and manage pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, fostering strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.Key Qualifications:Possess 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the hiring process.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.Adept at utilizing technology, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and other tools to source and engage candidates.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
