Responsibilities 1 NABH Compliance Quality Accreditation Lead Be the primary owner for all HR-related NABH standards and documentation ensuring continuous readiness for audits Clinical Credentialing Manage the meticulous verification record-keeping and renewal of licenses and qualifications for all clinical staff Doctors Therapists Wellness Experts Policy Assurance Develop implement and audit HR policies to align with clinical governance patient safety and quality standards 2 Talent Management Recruitment Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse team including hospitality front office F B and specialized wellness roles Onboarding Training Design and execute orientation and ongoing training programs focused on both luxury service delivery and mandated clinical safety procedures Performance Oversee the performance management cycle ensuring alignment with job competencies and resort service goals 3 Employee Relations Operations Conflict Management Serve as the trusted point of contact for employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution HR Administration Manage the HRIS payroll coordination benefits administration and ensure 100 compliance with all Specify country state labor laws and statutory regulations Culture Promote a positive professional and well-being-focused workplace culture Qualifications Experience Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience Industry Focus Proven experience in the Hospitality Healthcare or Wellness industry is mandatory Compliance Demonstrable working knowledge and experience with NABH standards or a similar healthcare quality accreditation Education Master s degree in HR Skills Excellent communication strong legal compliance knowledge and proficiency in an HRIS Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
