Job Description Placement Executive is responsible for all the activities relating to the students placement. He will be specializing in different technical stream. To reach out to companies in a systematic manner so as to bring them for campus drive. Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business. Getting tie ups with clients. Will be responsible for making execution plan, promotional activities and its execution. Generating placement opportunities for Cranes students through mapping, approaching and tie-up with companies, industries etc. To handle end-to-end placement and training related activities. Will conduct the competitor mapping exercise on courses, contents, offerings, fees & its promotion. Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process. Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/potential placements. Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company specific interview requirement. Brief students on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process. Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc. Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc. To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and co-ordinate placement activities. To provide career counseling to students. Update the University / Institution LinkedIn Page with updates about the institution, like faculty achievements, student achievements, institutions plans and collaborations, and new programs.
