Head – Customer Service Delivery (Pan-India) - Non BPO Role Location: Mumbai (preferred). Will consider NCR / Bangalore as well Experience: 10+ Years (Significant experience in Field Service/On-Site Operations required) About the Role We are currently seeking a seasoned operational leader to take on the role of Head – Customer Service Delivery (Pan-India). This is a strategic position designed for a professional who views customer service as a physical, on-ground commitment rather than a remote support function. We are specifically looking for a leader with deep experience in field force management and on-site client operations. Key Mandate We are looking for an individual who acts as an unwavering advocate for the customer—someone who can drive internal alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, rather than managing by deflection. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: - Field Operations Expertise: Proven track record of managing distributed teams and service delivery directly at client premises. (Note: This is strictly a non-BPO/non-Call Center profile). - Stakeholder Orchestration: The ability to manage internal departments (Claims, CRM, Operations) to remove bottlenecks and organize resources around the customer’s needs. - Performance Leadership: Expertise in defining and monitoring rigorous performance matrices that measure actual client outcomes and on-ground delight, beyond standard support tickets. - Accountability: A strong sense of ownership in resolving service challenges and establishing robust feedback loops from the field to the boardroom.
