Responsibilities - Content Creation and Scheduling - Assist in creating engaging and on-brand posts for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. - Write captions, hashtags, and post copy that resonate with the audience and align with brand tone. - Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. - - Community Engagement - Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. - Actively engage with followers to build a strong and positive online community. - Support influencer collaborations and partnerships by coordinating outreach and tracking activities. - - Trend Research and Ideation - Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform updates. - Share fresh ideas for content formats, challenges, and campaigns to keep the brand relevant and engaging. - - Analytics and Reporting - Track and compile data on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and follower growth. - Assist in preparing reports with key takeaways and improvement suggestions. - - Ad Support - Assist in setting up and monitoring paid social media campaigns. - Collaborate with the team to optimize ad creatives and targeting. - - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the design and content teams to coordinate visuals and messaging. - Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions. - Qualifications - Experience: Min 3 years in a social media manager. Required Skills - Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge. - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any social scheduling software is a plus. Preferred Skills - Awareness of current social media trends and viral content. - Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
